URDANETA CITY — A vibrant celebration of storytelling and community spirit marked the 28th City Charter Anniversary of Urdaneta through the program “Istoryahan sa Parke,” held on March 19 at the Julio E. Parayno Sr. People’s Park.
The event brought together participants from different sectors including elementary students who eagerly took part in the colorful and meaningful storytelling presentations.
Meanwhile, the Urdaneta City University (UCU), Pangasinan State University-Urdaneta City Campus (PSU-UCC), and Urdaneta City Library showed a range of theatrical performances and storytelling acts presenting artistry and skills while teaching values.
The program demonstrated the need for communities to practice discipline and cleanliness together with self-respect and respect for others.
