The Urdaneta City University Knights Reborn (UKRe) Men’s Volleyball Team cemented its place in the semifinals after sweeping all Group D opponents, 4–0.

At 2-0 with five points entering the PTC match, every remaining game carried semifinal implications for the Knights.
The Ducks pressed behind the offense of Mariano and Boncalos with quick middle attacks and decisive open hits.
Libero Andrada anchored PTC’s floor coverage that sustained their early charge.
The extended stretch of the match served as a wake-up call for the Knights, adjusting their defense to contain the Ducks’ main gunners at the net and anticipate sharp cross-court shots.
The plan paid off as the Knights tallied 7 blocks.
Hero Batistiana smashed the clincher to seal the fifth set at 15-13.
The Knights outlasted the Fighting Ducks in a grueling five-setter, 21-25, 25-12, 25-19, 15-13.

Mark Carlo Mesisgan led all scorers with 12 points on strong offense and timely blocks.
The Knights victimized their final bird prey, 3–0, with a commanding 25–19, 25–14, 25–16 victory.
The Knights will face City College of El Salvador, the Group A top seed, today at 1 p.m. at Brgy. Citrus Covered Court.
